Cancellation Policy

  1. 24-Hour Notice:

    1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations or reschedules made with 24 hours' notice will not incur any fees.

  2. Less Than 24-Hour Notice:

    1. If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged.

  3. No-Show:

    1. If the client fails to show up for the session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

  4. Emergency Cancellations:

    1. In case of emergencies (e.g., severe illness, family emergency), exceptions can be made at the photographer’s discretion. Documentation may be required.

  5. Refunds and Credits:

    1. If the session fee has been paid in advance and the client cancels with proper notice, a full refund will be provided, or the payment can be applied as a credit toward a future session.

  6. Weather-Related Cancellations:

    1. If the session is outdoors and weather conditions make it impossible to shoot, the photographer will offer to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
