This premium option involves meticulous hand-retouching of each headshot, addressing advanced needs such as removing stray hairs, eliminating glare from eyeglasses, erasing wrinkles and lint, and replacing backgrounds for the ultimate polished look.

FAQs

  • On average, each headshot station can accommodate around 20 individuals per hour, though this rate may vary based on factors such as location of the station. Under optimal conditions, a single station can cater to between 200 and 300 attendees over the course of a full day.

  • For this type of large event, it is not necessarily needed. We make sure the participants look their best prior to the shoot and also use lighting and posing to get the best photo. In general, attendees are going to use this photo for a LinkedIn profile or their social media

  • This is where the fun can happen! We have the ability to deliver the images directly to the participants email, immediately (an optional add-on). Alternatively, you can have the images sent to a point person to distribute. You can have them sent to the participant and also get a master list of the images sent to that point person.
